By accessing or using ZoneIQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About ZoneIQ

ZoneIQ provides jurisdiction intelligence data — including building permit requirements, impact fees, regulatory friction scores, and zoning information — for informational purposes only. The Service is intended for use by residential homebuilders, land investors, and real estate professionals.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape or systematically download the Service's data without written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell ZoneIQ data as a standalone data product
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Use the Service to harm, deceive, or harass others

3. Accuracy of Data

ZoneIQ aggregates and synthesizes data from public sources including municipal websites, public records, and state agency filings. All data is provided for informational purposes only. Regulations change frequently. You must independently verify all permit requirements, fees, and zoning rules with the relevant jurisdiction before making any financial or development decision.

ZoneIQ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Service. Use of ZoneIQ data in land acquisition, permitting, or financing decisions is at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

The ZoneIQ brand, compiled data, friction scoring methodology, and platform software are owned by ZoneIQ. Underlying public record data is not owned by ZoneIQ. You may reference ZoneIQ data in your own analyses with appropriate attribution.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZoneIQ and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to errors in regulatory data, missed permit deadlines, or project cost overruns.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
